1) Week One (for weight loss patches only): Open two sterile packets and place 2 silicone patches on the abdomen. A little lower than the navel, one each side of the belly. Scratch onto the skin firmly with your fingernail to secure.

2) Week Two and ongoing (for all patches): From now on only wear one patch on the lower abdomen – and the same as week one wear for seven days then change for a new patch.

3) Do not wear on broken or irritated skin areas.

4) Ok to wear in the shower and swimming. Pat firmly with a towel after to dry. Do not rub.

5) Must be placed on clean, dry skin. Application area MUST be free of any lotion, moisturizer, powder, sweat or oil.

6) If the patch lifts on a corner, simply scratch down onto the skin firmly with your fingernail. If you pull the patch off with clothing, attach again in the same way.

Please note:  For added protection of your investment we have included 1 waterproof transparent film dressing per patch with your order to apply over top of your silicone patch.

Storage: Each single patch comes in its own sterile, sealed paper envelope. Then 4 of these patches are sealed in a clear cellophane packet.

All patches come in an outer card envelope as well – you need to store them in this to keep them at full potency and stickiness.

Store in a cool, dry place, do not refrigerate. Keep away from sunlight, mobile phones, computers, and microwave ovens.

All Patches are manufactured in our sterile laboratory from natural; plant based organic sources, a homeopathic remedy in transdermal patch form.  They are also alcohol free so are halal and kosher compliant.
